I’ve been on a whole journey to health and wellness. Since June 2020 I have lost 135lbs. Now everyone knows while dieting you need to keep your body fueled but also protect your immunity. That’s why I love the dynamic duo. It honestly has been a lifesaver. I have gotten pneumonia every year since I was 14 years old. I quit smoking two years ago and thought that would help it did but I was still getting sick. My immunity was super low. Since taking the duo I really haven’t been sick honestly and it shocks me that these two little bottles of herbs would make more of a difference than OTC medicines or prescriptions. It also has helped my joint pains and swelling (I also use the ginger aide) because I have a lot of inflammation in my body. Add that too it and it’s literally a powerful trifecta. I can’t praise these products enough. I also use the cycle balance which has aided in keeping me regular after not having a regular period since I was 15. My cycle is on point every month (maybe a day early or day late but nothing more) these products are literally God-sends for me. ♥️♥️♥️
